LATINBOYZ.COM MEMBERSHIP TERMS OF AGREEMENT. BY PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION TO LATINBOYZ.COM YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. I do not find nude images and fiction of explicit sexual activity to be offensive or objectionable.
2. I am requesting your materials for my own personal use in my private residence.
3. I am not accessing this material to use against the site operator or any other person, entity or company.
4. I am at least 18 years of age (or the legal age to view adult material in my community) and have the legal right to possess/view adult material in my state.
5. I understand the standards and laws of the community to which I am transporting this material and I am solely responsible for my actions.
6. I will not sell, trade, share and/or in any way redistribute the contents of this site.
7. I will not attempt to by-pass any security features of this site (including but not limited to software designed to prevent password trading, proxy attacks, spidering and bot programs).  I understand that use of programs that automatically spider and download content from the LatinBoyz.Com servers or downloading of multiple files simultaneously are a violation of the Terms of Agreement and can result in a 24 hour block being applied to my account.

9. I understand that the display quality of photos and videos published on this site may vary depending on the quality of my monitor, computer and internet connection and that LatinBoyz.Com makes no guarantees regarding the particular performance of any of these features on my individual computer system.
10. If I use these services in violation of the this agreement, I understand I may be in violation of local and federal laws and I am solely responsible for my actions.  I release and discharge the providers, owners and creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise from my use of this site in any manner.  Bookmarking to a page on this server/site shall constitute an implicit acceptance of the foregoing terms herein set forth.
11. I understand that I will receive a confirmation of all transactions related to this subscription via EMail and I am giving my true and correct EMail address in all order forms.

14. I understand LatinBoyz.Com may make changes to the Terms in this agreement.  I agree to review this page on a regular basis and understand I will be bound by the existing and any new Terms in the event I continue to use the service.
15. I understand LatinBoyz.Com is not required to offer this service to anyone it does not wish to provide this service to, and reserves the right to refuse service.
16. I understand that access to editorial/photo/video content in the member's area of LatinBoyz.Com is available only by purchasing a membership.
17. I understand that if I purchase my membership by credit card it will automatically renew according to the payment schedule I choose at time of sign up.  Credit card purchases are processed by LBZ PRODUCTIONS.  I understand LBZ PRODUCTIONS will appear on my credit card statement as the description for my membership and that I will record this information for future reference.  The initial price of membership and renewal prices are clearly posted on the site, on the secure online sign-up form and confirmed via EMail after sign up.  I understand I will be charged immediately after entering my credit card information.  I have the right to cancel at anytime after joining.  If I cancel, I will continue to have access for the entire period of time already paid for.  I can use the self cancellation form located at the following URL: http://www.latinboyz.com/latin-men-nude-naked-contact.html or by sending an EMail to service@latinboyz.com with the subject CANCEL.
18. I understand that if I purchase my membership by U.S. checking account debit it will automatically renew according to the payment schedule I choose at time of sign up.  U.S. checking account debit purchases are processed by CCBill, our authorized agent.  The initial price of membership and renewal prices are clearly posted on the site, on the secure online sign-up form and confirmed via EMail after sign up.  I understand I will be charged immediately after entering my checking account information.  I have the right to cancel at anytime after joining.  If I cancel, I will continue to have access for the entire period of time already paid for.  I can use the self cancellation form located at the following URL: http://www.latinboyz.com/latin-men-nude-naked-contact.html or by sending an EMail to service@latinboyz.com with the subject CANCEL.
19. I understand memberships purchased by European Union direct debit and CCBill900 phone billing do not automatically renew and are processed by CCBill, our authorized agent.  Access is offered for the specific amount of time chosen from our online sign-up form and access will automatically end after that period has elapsed.
20. I understand refunds are not issued.  I have been advised If I am not sure the content of this site will interest me I should purchase the least expensive membership as a trial.
21. I am aware that LatinBoyz.Com has numerous fraud protection measures in place and will prosecute fraudulent transactions.  I understand I will receive a confirmation of this transaction via EMail that also confirms my individual I.P. address.  This information can be used to aide in the investigation of fraudulent activity.
